The TGI Golf Supplier Survey has had a makeover, making it easier than ever for Partners to share their views and provide valuable feedback on our Partner Suppliers.
The revamped survey has been designed to be quick and simple to complete, allowing Partners to provide vital feedback in little more than five minutes.
You can access the Supplier Survey via your MyTGI homepage or the TGI Golf App.
You can now select multiple suppliers and rate them using a straightforward ranking system, with additional text boxes available to provide more detailed comments where needed.
Your progress will automatically be saved, allowing you to return to the survey and pick up where you left off whenever it suits you.
Please complete as many brands as possible, whether positive or not, all feedback is valuable for our Partner Suppliers.
Why is your feedback so important?
Over the years, the Supplier Survey has become an increasingly important tool for TGI Golf Partnership. Our Partner Suppliers place significant value on its findings, recognising it as one of the few opportunities to receive honest, direct feedback from the PGA Professionals who work with and sell their products every day.
Many Suppliers have told us that the results form an important part of their internal appraisal processes, helping them identify areas for improvement and shape strategic decisions for the future.
