Assistant Professional / Trainee Required For Exciting Role At Royal Guernsey Golf Club

The Professionals are responsible for the running, stocking of the golf shop and providing tuition to members and guests at Royal Guernsey Golf Club in the Channel Islands. 

This position is a truly all-round role where the successful candidate will be involved with coaching, retailing, club fitting, customer service, meet and greet and good playing opportunities on and off island.

We are looking for a Trainee or part qualified assistant keen to progress their career and join the team.

Whilst remaining professional at all times the working environment offers a friendly, sociable and fun place to be within with a proactive membership who are keen to support the professional team. As such the successful candidate will be friendly and approachable at all times and have a good basic knowledge of all things golf including the latest equipment and coaching methods. Full training will also be provided.

The new team member will understand that they will be working unsociable hours during the summer months and have an extremely flexible approach to the job to ensure the members and their guests get the best possible experience whilst being able to focus on positive sales for the business.
